In-Office ENT Procedures That Don’t Require a Hospital

Most of Dr. Fewins’s procedures are performed right in the office — no operating room, no general anesthesia, and no hospital facility fees. Patients return to normal activity the same day or within a few days.

Balloon Sinuplasty

A minimally invasive procedure that opens blocked sinus passages using a small balloon catheter. No cutting, no removal of bone or tissue. Performed under local anesthesia in the office.

In-Office

Eustachian Tube Balloon Dilation

Treats chronic Eustachian tube dysfunction — ear pressure, muffled hearing, and frequent ear infections — with a balloon catheter procedure. An alternative to repeated ear tube placements.

In-Office

Posterior Nasal Nerve Ablation

A targeted treatment for chronic runny nose that does not respond to allergy medications. Uses controlled energy to reduce overactive nasal nerve signals. Brands include ClariFix and NeuroMark.

In-Office

Laryngeal Botulinum Toxin Injection

Botox injected into the larynx to treat spasmodic dysphonia — a neurological voice disorder causing involuntary spasms and voice breaks. Dr. Fewins performs this regularly for DFW-area patients.

In-Office

Sinus & Nasal Surgery

Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), septoplasty, and turbinate reduction for patients whose condition requires a surgical approach beyond in-office options.

Surgical

General ENT Care

Diagnosis and treatment of ear infections, hearing loss, tonsil and adenoid disease, thyroid nodules, head and neck masses, allergy, and voice disorders. Adult and pediatric patients welcome.
